Reinstate Suspended License in Oregon
If you need to reinstate your suspended Oregon driver's license, you can either visit your local DMV office, or mail in your application. If you have not received a letter notifying you that you are eligible for reinstatement, but believe you are eligible, you can request an application letter via phone, mail or online.
If you visit your local DMV, you will need to pay a fee of $75 with either cash or check (merchants are levied a tax for credit and debit payments). Note that if you have not complied with Oregon's mandates for reinstatement of a suspended license (i.e.: DUI counseling, child support payments), your driving privileges cannot be reinstated.
